I have finished the radiator, I knew it would be tricky to work out (and by crikey it was!), but I have managed to get something that looks like a radiator. I also made up a simple gear box so that the drive shaft has something to connect to, and I modeled the bottom of the engine. These are things that can be seen in the side view of the blueprint so they should be made in case the car is seen on the side view at a low angle. I am not sure that I’ll ever make the engine, it can’t be seen. The model T has a fairly simple shaped engine (see below) but I’ll only think of doing it at the end after I see how the poly count is.
This is what a model T Ford engine and gearbox really looks like:
For now I have left my gear box as a cone shape, but it wouldn’t be hard to flatten some sides. When viewing from the side it’d be hard to discern the real shape: (click for larger image)
Here is the radiator I came up with (click images for larger view):
Front orthographic view:
Note the line around the radiator is not the radiator outline, but another part under the windscreen. Refer to the blueprint at the bottom of this post, and reference photos to see what I mean. You can’t see the lines for the radiator because the radiator matches those lines (pretty much anyway).

To “Ford” or not to “Ford”?
Across the front of the radiators on a lot of Model T’s is the word “Ford”. On other cars it is not there. My blueprints doesn’t have it. Here are some cars with “Ford” across the radiator:
I have lots more, but you get the idea.
Here are some without:
Alright, strange, I looked again at my blueprints, and it is there! Hard to see unless looking for it, it’s smaller than the ones in the photos. I suppose I’ll have to add it, my radiator isn’t finished after all! Won’t take long, I’ll clone the “Ford” I have already done at the top of the radiator and scale it bigger. It already says “Ford” at the top of the radiator, why does it need to have it twice?
I found this photo of a funny bumper sticker on the back of a model T:
